Russians are looking for human resources not only by mobilizing on the TOT, but also by recruiting mercenaries abroad.
The main region for recruiting mercenaries is the Balkans. One of those responsible for this is the Serb Deyan Berich, who lives in the Russian Federation. He himself is also a former mercenary and fought against Ukraine in 2014. Another well-known mercenary is another Serb, Zhika Radojicic, who is currently participating in a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine on the side of the enemy.
The Center of National Resistance notes that the passport of a citizen of another state does not exempt combatants from responsibility.
