The Russians continue to exacerbate the humanitarian crisis in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Inflated prices, lack of social benefits and products, according to the occupiers’ plan, should force the population to take a Russian passport for the sake of small payments. The local population continues to resist the occupier and disrupt the enemy’s plans for passporting the TOT and holding a pseudo-referendum.
Also, due to the opposition of the parents, the Russians could not ensure enrollment in schools according to the Russian program.
Since February 24, not a single school in the occupied territories has recruited a sufficient number of schoolchildren to study. Despite the intense pressure of the occupiers on parents, there are not enough children for the usual educational process.
In particular, in the Luhansk region, in the temporarily occupied Borova, 10 children went to the first grade. For comparison, the New Ukrainian School accepted 205 first-graders from Severodonetsk, and in total more than 8,200 children from this city.
According to the data of the Luhansk governance, 531 students from Severodon were awarded certificates of complete general secondary education in the summer, and five students received certificates of the “republic”.
Meanwhile, in fear of the new “cotton”, the occupiers are looting special equipment from Zaporozhye. After the Russians took away Ukrainian grain, they moved on to stealing valuable equipment.
In the temporarily occupied areas of the Zaporizhia region, the occupiers continue to actively loot. In particular, in Melitopol, the local occupation administration ordered the preparation of local special equipment and valuable equipment from local enterprises for transportation to Crimea. In August, the Armed Forces of Ukraine became more active in the southern direction, so the occupiers understand that they may lose control over the region. That is why valuable property left in communities is being actively stolen.

Regarding the holding of their fake referendums in the temporarily occupied territories, the Russians are considering alternate dates for its holding. As we have already written, the occupiers have serious problems with the organization of “referendums”, or rather performances, which they called so. The Kremlin invented two options for holding puppet “referendums” in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions and in the “L/DPR”. According to one of the plans, the occupiers will organize all “referendums” at the same time in late autumn. At the same time, they have the opportunity to make it to September 11.
