Occupiers are trying to compensate for the lack of personnel to replenish the combat units of the Russian army by forcibly conscripting local people. A similar approach is practiced in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region and Donetsk region, as well as the southern territories of Ukraine.
The Center of Resistance calls on all Ukrainians who were forcibly mobilized into the ranks of the occupying army to surrender to the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
