Today, Ukraine celebrates the 32nd anniversary of Independence. For a third of this time the war for our existence goes on, which tempers our Resistance.
According to the Kremlin’s plan, the occupation of our country and the destruction of our nation was supposed to end on August 24, 2022, and all of us stood in the way: the Armed Forces of Ukraine, partisans, volunteers, and ordinary citizens who united to destroy the enemy.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the enemy in the south and the north, liberated Kherson region and Kharkiv region, and continue to liberate our territories and destroy the enemy at this very moment. The Ukrainian underground reminds the occupiers of the steadfastness of punishment and transmits information to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Volunteers, risking their lives, bring equipment to the soldiers that the whole country relies on.
The Russians are resorting to terrorizing the civilian population, destroying cities and infrastructure, hoping to break our resistance. But their hopes are in vain. We survived the winter darkness and cold, we rebuild houses after the shelling of Odesa, Lviv, Kyiv or Chernihiv and rebuild every bridge and every city.
There is still a lot of work to be done and occupiers to be destroyed. However, this is the price of our Independence, for which the whole country is fighting and we are achieving our goal. Happy holiday, unconquered!
