There have also been recorded cases of placement of Russian military personnel on the territory of educational institutions, in parallel with the educational process, which is also a war crime.
Ukraine’s National Resistance Center calls on the residents of the temporarily occupied territories to leave the region if possible and not become hostages of the enemy.
