The Russians even occupied Ukrainian passport centers to distribute their waste paper, but there are no people willing to obtain the occupier’s citizenship. Propaganda and attempts of bribery are not helping.
According to intelligence reports, people are offered 10,000 rubles for citizenship and support for the referendum, but there is still no support among the population.
