Russians understand the prospects of their rule in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region. It is obvious that they will not invest any funds in the region. The humanitarian crisis in the region is proof of that. And all those projects, which are allegedly financed by the Russian government for the «reconstruction of Donetsk region», are another corruption scheme of the Russian vice-premier Khusnulin. It was he who delegated his trusted person to the so-called government of the DPR to the position of «Minister of Construction». He became a citizen of the Russian Federation Nikolay Tsyganov. Previously, he worked for the RosCapStroy company, which is currently the most influential developer of funds in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
In fact, Tsyganov’s key task is to cut off his collaborator Pushylin from controlling his funds. Accordingly, to embezzle the allocated funds as soon as possible before the de-occupation of the region.
