Russians are creating a humanitarian crisis in the temporarily occupied territories in order to make the lives of the locals worse and force them to move to the Russian Federation.
In particular, in Kherson and Oblast, Russians do not supply products to kindergartens, explaining this as “debts” of the institutions. Instead, parents are offered to send their children on “rest” to camps in the Russian Federation, after which the children are not returned.
At the same time, the Russians released loyal prisoners from the correctional colony No. 90 in Kherson in order to incite a criminogenic situation in the city, and therefore to get the locals to agree to the “evacuation”. At the same time, the Russians are blocking the move to free Ukraine and have significantly reduced the issuance of “permits” for departure.
However, Ukraine’s National Resistance Center calls on local residents to leave for free Ukraine whenever possible.
