The enemy is in a hurry to carry out passporting in the temporarily occupied territories in order to “justify” the occupation of the region.
During the 9 months of occupation, the Russians have very low passporting rates, because the number of enemy passport holders is measured in the tens of thousands, which for a region of several million people looks ridiculous and destroys the claims of 99% support in the “referendum”.
At the same time, the Russians have created conditions where it is impossible to live without an enemy passport, carry out any transactions with property, and its absence during the inspection can be a reason for filtering measures.
Now the enemy has introduced accelerated issuance of passports in the region in 10 days, for comparison, issuing a pass on the territory of free Ukraine takes a month. But this does not change the situation. This month in the Kherson region they plan to issue 7 thousand passports, and it is not a fact that the plan will be fulfilled.
Note that the enemy also issues passports to evacuated Ukrainians in the Russian Federation and includes this in the statistics of issued passports in the south in order to inflate the number of Russian passport holders.
