In the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, the enemy is creating a list of abandoned apartments that have not been settled by Russian occupiers.
Thus, in large settlements, the enemy requires residents of houses to provide lists of abandoned apartments. The occupiers also bypass apartments for which there is a debt for utilities to check the presence of residents.
In the future, the enemy settles touring artists from the Russian Federation, or collaborators for seniority in such apartments. At the same time, they are given “property rights”, because Russians “nationalize” the real estate of those who fled the occupation.
It should be noted that waste paper issued by Russians does not give grounds to dispose of this property and it will be returned to the owners immediately after the de-occupation of the region.
