Russians organize a large-scale escape in the south, and Ukrainian partisans help destroy the enemy. Ukraine’s National Resistance Center has prepared a new review of news from the temporarily occupied territories.
Data transfer from the underground
Russians are not expected in Ukraine: their flags are torn down, and no one goes to their pseudo-universities to study. Therefore, every Russian soldier knows that he is an enemy and an occupier, and every Ukrainian in the temporarily occupied territories can contribute to victory.
In particular, it is not necessary to violently resist the occupation, because this activity is for people with special training. However, the locals actively help track enemy equipment and all processes of the occupiers, which allows them to disrupt these plans and destroy enemy equipment.

In particular, about the arrival of Iranian instructors at TOT to help launch Iranian kamikaze drones. In this way, Ukraine received leverage and evidence for international partners.
Also, the local underground constantly transmits data about the movement of the enemy. In particular, due to such activity, the Russians had to abandon the traditional accumulation of ammunition in one place and resort to a new tactic – constantly transporting them in mobile trucks.
And the partisans even have information not only about the movement of equipment, but also “hack” into the enemy’s phones. In particular, the underground received photos that were found on the phone of a Russian from 810 marine brigade, which lost up to 85% of its personnel after the successful offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson direction.
The organization of the retreat of the Russians
The occupiers last week announced plans to withdraw from the south. In order to “legalize” repression and looting, they even declared “martial law”, although Putin’s decree has no legal consequences in this regard, because the annexation of the territories is not recognized by anyone.
Immediately after that, the Russians began with a new wave to engage in what they do best in the world – looting. In particular, entire convoys of looted equipment left Enerhodar.
And the workers of the Zaporizhzhia NPP, located in the city, began to be prepared for forced mobilization, because this is another crime of the enemy – to force Ukrainians at TOT to work for the enemy army.
Also, the enemy carries out “evacuation”, i.e. deportation of the local population. At the same time, Russians compile lists of housing, those who are taken out for further use of empty housing.
But the main crime of the Russians when organizing their retreat is the chaotic mining of the right-bank Kherson region. The enemy mines not only fields and forests, but also settlements near Kherson with anti-tank and anti-personnel mines. Thus putting the locals at risk.
In addition, Russians mined aggregates, the dam of the Kakhovska HPP, as well as drainage and sewage systems along the access roads to the Antonivsky bridge. It is possible that the latter may be detonated at the time of the accumulation of the civilian population there, who will try to move to the left bank of the Dnieper.
The dam holds 18 million cubic meters of water, and a drop in the water level of the Kakhovsky Reservoir will disrupt the functioning of the cooling infrastructure of the Zaporizhzhia NPP reactors, which could lead to a nuclear disaster.
