About half of residential buildings and social infrastructure facilities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions are without heat.
The heating season has been disrupted and, according to Gauleiter’s estimates, 220 additional boiling stations need to be started in order to start the season. There are two main reasons: lack of water and personnel.
The shortage of personnel occurred due to mass mobilization, in order to cover it, the Russian Federation sent 12 brigades of boiler houses to the region. Most of the houses in Donetsk, Horlivka, Makiivka and Rovenyka remain without heating.
As we can see, Russians fight as national minorities and send Ukrainians, Dagestanis, Buryats or Ingush to war. Instead, the Kremlin sends Russian specialists to Donbas, who take the jobs of the mobilized and change the demographic composition of the region.
The National Resistance Center calls on local residents to leave the region and move to the territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine. We will come back home after the de-occupation!
