The occupation administration in the Zaporizhzhia region compiles lists of “ownerless” objects and then “hands” them over to the control of new owners.
This is the property of those who left the temporarily occupied territories and left their businesses. The enemy is actually robbing people who left their property because of the war. Then the objects are handed over to Russians or collaborators in management, that is, a robbery takes place.
So, the Russians initially muscled hotel complexes along the Sea of Azov. Then they moved to industrial facilities and government premises.
All these crimes are recorded by Ukrainian law enforcement officers, and after the liberation of the territories, none of those involved will escape responsibility, and all property will be returned to the owners.
