In the temporarily occupied areas of the Zaporizhia region, the occupiers force the local population to redraw real estate and land documents in accordance with enemy legislation.
In particular, in case of refusal, the Russians threaten to “nationalize”, that is, simply take away this real estate. It should be noted that the Russians even created an online site for the sale of such “nationalized” property.
There are already properties of those who left their homes after the occupation. However, the enemy’s decision to change the ownership of the property is legally void, so all land and property will return to the owners after the de-occupation of the region.
The National Resistance Center urges to avoid cooperation with the enemy: not to receive a passport of the Russian Federation or any documents of the occupation authorities.
