Once again, the management of the company created by the Russians to manage the power plant emphasized that the deadlines for signing the so-called “employment contracts” for the management staff are set by November 15, and for all others by November 30.
However, such blackmail is primarily aimed at forcing employees to accept citizenship of the Russian Federation, which is mandatory for signing the contract. In the future, the Russians plan to gradually replace the station’s Ukrainian staff with employees of other nuclear power plants from the territory of Russia. Those workers who will sign the so-called “employment contracts” with the newly created “management company” by the Russians will be dispersed throughout all nuclear power plants on the territory of the Russian Federation. This practice was previously applied to the officers of the Black Sea Fleet, who betrayed their oath and transferred to the service of the Russian Federation.
As for the less qualified personnel of the station, there is a high probability that they can be mobilized into the ranks of the occupying army.
