The occupiers completed the formation of “notarial districts” in the temporarily occupied territories.
Districts were formed “in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation”, and the process of registering “notaries” has already begun. In this way, the Russians are trying to legalize the registration and re-registration of property. That is, in fact looting and robbery of someone else’s property.
Note that none of the documents certified by these pseudo-notaries are valid. Therefore, these operations on the transformation of property will not be recognized in the world and in Ukraine. Therefore, they are not proof of property ownership.
Ukraine’s National Resistance Center calls on TOT residents not to cooperate with the Russian authorities and, if possible, to leave the region until its liberation.
