Russians cannot recruit “people’s militia” in the occupied territories

The Russians are trying to create the so-called “People’s militias” in the occupied cities to maintain law and order. However, not many want to cooperate with the occupiers.

For example, in Chaplynka (Kherson region), where more than 10,000 people live, only four local collaborators joined the occupation group. Russians have similar problems in other regions. At the same time, minors are being recruited for “service”, which indicates a large shortage of staff.

At the same time, the occupiers do not have a problem with involving local people in advanced engineering works, as men who refuse to collaborate directly with the occupiers are forced to do so.

We will remind, in the Luhansk region occupiers reduced rates of mobilization because of protests of locals.
