Military equipment of the occupiers is increasingly appearing near operating medical and educational institutions.
In the temporarily occupied territories, the Russians continue to use civilians as human shields. Equipment is placed next to hospital departments and next to schools. Personnel are also housed there.
The National Resistance Center calls on civilians, if possible, to leave the TOT to territories under the control of the Ukrainian government.
