RUSSIANS “LEGITIMIZE” THE THEFT OF UKRAINIAN GRAIN FROM THE TEMPORARILY OCCUPIED TERRITORY

Russian communication channels have launched a new information campaign on the alleged transition of regions in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine under the legislation of the Russian Federation. Thus, the occupiers pursue two key goals:
1. Imposing on citizens in the temporarily occupied territory that “Russia is somewhere far away” and therefore establishes all activities in the processes.
However, residents of the temporarily occupied territories resist fake changes. And the “new legislation” cannot work due to the lack of personnel and collaborators in this occupied territory, who would have to introduce them. Also, this is not the first time that the local population has faced “legislative changes” of the occupiers. Repeatedly during 2022, Russians tried to put into circulation only their national currency, but the local population still prefers the Ukrainian hryvnia. Also, Russians are constantly postponing deadlines for the transition to the legislation of the Russian Federation of small and medium-sized businesses. The registers, which were supposed to be completed by the spring of 2022, due to opposition from local businesses, still do not exist, and the Russians gave themselves time until the end of 2023.
2. The occupiers try to divide the markets in the temporarily occupied territories and put supervisors from the Russian authorities everywhere.
After all, one of the key processes for the transition to the norms of the Russian Federation is the reorientation of the agricultural sector in the temporarily occupied territories to the Russian market. In fact, the process of looting (export of Ukrainian grain) will be “legalized” by the Russians. And the curators will receive sole control over the theft of agricultural goods from the temporarily occupied territories. A similar story works to finance construction work in the occupied territory. The main curator of the financing of works in the occupied territory is the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for construction Marat Husnulin, who decides who will launder budget funds on so-called social projects. Therefore, the so-called integration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine under the legislation of the Russian Federation is the usual redistribution of influences for the embezzlement of funds.
