Not having a place to locate their mobilized soldiers, the enemy places them in educational institutions and even medical institutions. They almost completely serve only the wounded occupants, and the unoccupied departments are dedicated to the accommodation of enemy personnel and equipment.
Due to the fact that most of the families left TOT, the occupiers occupied the vacant premises of schools and kindergartens to accommodate equipment and personnel. However, the occupiers do not despise functioning institutions. The occupiers settle on the vacant floors of existing schools, in fact using children as human shields. To parents, such behavior is explained by the “protection” of the object.
The National Resistance Center calls on local residents to leave the region and not become human shields for the enemy.
