Russians use special passes on the TOT to collect information on local residents

The occupiers collect data on local residents and their movements with the help of so-called special passes, as they are necessary for movement between populated areas of the captured districts of the Zaporizhzhia region.

We have already reported that the occupiers have restricted the free movement of the TOT population, and now to leave Melitopol or Berdyansk, you need permission from the “commandant’s office”. However, we draw attention to another aspect of this crime.

When filling out it is necessary to indicate the purpose of movement and personal data of who is moving and to whom. In this way occupiers not only hinder the movement of residents, but also collect personal information, and connections between them.

At the same time, the Russians also blocked the exit from the TOT to the territories under the control of the Government of Ukraine, despite their statements about concern for the locals and the need for “evacuation”. In this way the enemy turned TOT into a regime facility or an open-air prison, where you have to report every movement, but even this does not guarantee peace.
