Serhiy Gaidai, the governor of Luhansk Region, called on the residents of big cities of Luhansk Region not to stay for the winter.
Residents are asked to wait till the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was also noted that people would not be allowed to freely enter large cities such as Rubizhne, Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk after de-occupation.
The reason is the disruption of the heating season. Even with all funding available, it will take several months to restore the heating. So, the authorities allow that after the liberation, people will have the opportunity to return to check their apartments, but it is not possible to stay there for the winter.
The National Resistance Center also calls for the evacuation of residents of other temporarily-occupied territories. We will return home after the victory.
