In the occupied Starobilsk, the occupiers reached the surgical department of the Starobilsk Multidisciplinary Hospital.
Thus, the occupation forces converted the department into a military hospital to provide so-called specialized medical care to the wounded occupiers. The local population, especially the elderly, does not have the opportunity to undergo a banal examination of their health. Also, according to representatives of the underground, Russian military doctors live in the building.
Recall that in the temporarily occupied territories, all hospitals primarily serve the occupiers. As a result, there was a shortage of medicines for civilians.
At the same time, most hospitals no longer accept civilians for inpatient treatment, or place wounded occupants in neighboring departments. Thus, there is a real medical crisis in the region.
