The occupation administrations will monitor the “attendance” of employees of enterprises in the temporarily occupied territories.
In order to increase control over the population of the TOT, the occupation administrations plan to force all registered legal entities to report on employee attendance at workplaces.
Employers must provide such data every month for each day, in particular, they must also report the presence of a Russian passport of employees and the number of absenteeism without valid reasons.
Recall that in the Kherson region, Russians announced the “nationalization of the property of Ukrainian oligarchs”, that is, local entrepreneurs who refused to work for the Russian Federation. The occupiers seized enterprises and put
forward a condition for “re-registration”. However, most of the owners left the region at the time of occupation, and those who remained refused to cooperate. The enemy declared the seized property “abandoned” and began the process of transferring it to the “management of the State Property Fund”.
