The Amur-Nizhnyodniprovsky District Court of Dnipro found Artem Tsybula, a former employee of the State Emergency Service in the Donetsk region, guilty of high treason.
The corresponding verdict of the court was issued on December 8. Tsibulya was the deputy chief of the 26th State Fire and Rescue Squad of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
Approximately on March 12, 2022, under the conditions of occupation, a 25-year-old man went over to the enemy’s side. He headed the fire rescue unit formed in the village of Nikolske, to which the occupiers returned the Soviet name of Volodarske.
The court sentenced the traitor to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.
