According to the information of the Ukrainian underground in the territory of the Russian Federation, it has been defined that the government of the occupiers has prepared a draft resolution on making changes to the provisions on military registration.
Accordingly, citizens of an enemy country of conscription age can be put on military registration without appearing in person at the military commissariat. So, the summons will be considered received seven days after its publication in the corresponding register of conscripts, so-called electronic summonses.
In connection with the critical shortage of personnel, especially in the ranks of the enemy’s infantry units and certain battalions, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation does not know what other measures need to be taken to replenish the enemy’s mobilization resources.
