Doctors from Russia will work in Mariupol on a rotational basis.
The occupiers have serious problems in Mariupol which they created by themselves by cynically destroying the city. A serious humanitarian crisis is growing and the occupiers have not been able to find a sufficient number of local doctors who are willing to work for them. Therefore, a medical brigade was dispatched to Mariupol headed by Oleksiy Erko, the ex-Minister of Health of the Tula region of the Russian Federation.
However, hospitals in the city still do not function normally because the civil infrastructure of the city was almost completely destroyed by the Russians. Therefore, the Russians organized a mobile brigade that moves around the city in a mobile medical center based on a KAMAZ vehicle.
