In the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region, representatives of the occupation administration of the Russian Federation are conducting a census of the existing housing stock to identify residential premises abandoned by local residents during a full-scale invasion.
In particular, such actions take place in Starobilsk. The main goal of the enemy is to settle representatives of the Russian occupation forces. Thus, it can be emphasized that the occupiers carried out such actions during the first phase of the war back in 2014, when the occupiers used both firing points and for living in the houses and apartments of local residents who were forced to leave their homes.
Earlier, the occupation administration of Luhansk region repurposed medical institutions into military hospitals. More and more hospitals are closed to civilians and serve only Russian soldiers. In order to provide safe services to Russian soldiers, the occupiers bring medical teams from the Russian Federation to the TOT.
