Russian military personnel who fled from the territories liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively sought by their commanders.
According to information from our underground, part of the Russian personnel, which was defeated in the Kharkiv region, is hiding in the area of temporarily occupied Horlivka. Those who have already been found are being redeployed to the south. Weapons are issued on the spot, and ammunition is forced to be bought at one’s own expense.
In order to survive, Russian soldiers have only one option – to surrender.
The National Resistance Center reminds Russian servicemen or their relatives to call the 24-hour numbers: +38 066 580 34 98 and +38 093 119 29 84 for information on how to surrender as a prisoner of war.
