Occupiers are shelling peaceful cities with prohibited ammunition.
Russian troops continue to terrorize Kherson after its liberation by the armed forces of Ukraine. Every day, cities are bombarded with rocket and barrel artillery. Today, December 23, the occupiers shelled the city with phosphorous ammunition. The use of phosphorus bombs and other projectiles containing white phosphorus near and inside populated areas is prohibited by the Geneva Convention for the Protection of War Victims. The Russians continue to confirm the reputation of terrorists with attacks on the civilian population.
