The Russian military intends to attack one of the medical facilities in the Luhansk region.
The enemy’s occupation administration in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region has serious problems with the mood and orientation of the local population. The key is the exacerbated humanitarian crisis in the region. One of the reasons is the transition of civilian medical facilities to serve the Russian military. In particular, ordinary residents are simply kicked out of hospitals or refused to provide services.
In order to discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the occupiers can fire at one of the hospitals in the region, where there is still a civilian population. According to information from the underground, the Russians are planning to strike precisely at the department with civilians.
The occupiers systematically bombard the temporarily occupied cities in order to have materials for their propaganda materials and cynically manipulate citizens on the TOT.
The Center of National Resistance urges TOT residents to be as careful as possible near civil infrastructure facilities. Also, if possible, we urge you to leave the territory controlled by Kyiv.
