The occupiers planned to conduct an audit of “tourist complexes” by the end of 2022, within the limits of which the entire business of owners who are undesirable to the enemy should be suppressed.
In fact, the occupiers plan to transfer the entire tourism industry to the “Russian legal field”. Every complex that refuses to cooperate with the occupiers, or whose owner has left the occupied territory, will be “nationalized”, that is, “wrestled away”.
In Russia, there is no rule of law, and with it the concept of property rights. That is, the “transition to the Russian legal field” is theft and looting. All these decisions of the occupiers have no legal force and are worthless.
It should be noted that the Center of National Resistance calls on the residents of the temporarily occupied territories to leave the region at the time of the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to liberate the region.
