The occupiers reported the seizure of “Nazi” literature from the libraries of the Melitopol district.
As part of this “action”, the police actually seized all Ukrainian-language literature, and not only books about the ATO. In particular, the occupiers are proud of seizing children’s books, because they “distort” the history of Ukraine and impose “Nazi values”.
Russians call all this denazification, although in fact the Nazis are known for their war with books.
Note that Ukraine will definitely return its territories, and with it, our books to our libraries. However, during the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to liberate the region, we urge residents to leave the region and not become human shields for the occupier.
