Due to the resistance of the local population, which refuses to work with the occupiers, the Russians continue to bring workers from the Russian Federation.
Taking into account the fact that the Russians did not manage to find the necessary number of collaborators to ensure the social sphere in the temporarily occupied territories, they started a resettlement program. First of all, they are looking for middle-level officials for occupation administrations, teachers and doctors.
In the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1915 of October 28, 2022 “on certain issues related to the business trip of Russians in the territory of the DPR, LPR, TOT of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions” significant amounts of “incentives” are given:
- the average salary is paid in double amount (110 thousand rubles);
- 8,480 rubles for each day of a business trip (254,400 per month);
- 7,210 rubles daily compensation for housing rent (216,300 rubles per month);
- A total of 470,700 rubles per month (8.5 average Russian salaries).
Ukraine’s National Resistance Center warns Russians who are greedy for money – your stay on the territory of Ukraine and work in the occupation authorities is a crime, so you will be responsible before the law. Also, all those wishing to establish a “Russian world” in Ukraine should keep in mind that the level of “bangs” in the air at TOT remains high.
