The terrorist attack at the Kakhovka Dam was another proof of the inability of Russian troops to maintain control over the temporarily occupied territories. In order to stop the Ukrainian Defense Forces, they are ready for anything and continue the genocide of the Ukrainian people. Despite the attempt to stop the Armed Forces of Ukraine and disorganize the resistance forces, our underground continues to work actively in the TOT and work for victory.

Terrorist attack on hydroelectric power stations
Representatives of the military partisan movement «Atesh», which operates in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, received information that servicemen of the 1st battalion of the 205th motorized rifle brigade from the city of Budyonnovsk, Stavropol Territory of the Russian Federation, may be involved in the blowing up of the Kakhovka Dam. It is noted that the agent network of the movement already establishes the identities of those who personally participated in the mining of the Kakhovka Dam.
At the same time, in order to increase the effectiveness of the actions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the region, relevant and additional information on the movement and new positions of the occupying forces is needed, so reports on the movement of equipment, quartering of personnel, collaborators, headquarters, warehouses and any other useful information will help in the fight against the enemy.
The partisans announced a hunt for collaborators
The underground is ready to support any active actions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and take revenge on collaborators for the crimes they committed in the temporarily occupied territories.
The Center of National Resistance received appeals from Ukrainian patriots whose cities are temporarily under enemy occupation.
The occupiers continue to try to find the Ukrainian underground. Partisans are searched throughout the TOT. In particular, on the eve of the explosion of hydroelectric power plants, Russians intensified their search for Ukrainian partisans in the Kherson region. Russian FSB officers searched private homes and checked documents of local residents, hoping to find representatives of the Ukrainian underground.
Forced passportization and pressure on civilians
The occupation administrations continue to exert administrative pressure on residents of the TOT of southern Ukraine in order to force them to obtain Russian citizenship.
Thus, in the settlement of Pryazhne, Zaporizhzhia region, representatives of the Russian occupation forces carry out enhanced control measures when crossing checkpoints for persons who do not have a Russian passport.
Also, in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, collaborators from «secondary education» institutions controlled by the occupiers put pressure on parents of secondary school students for mandatory registration on the Russian educational platform «Sphere».
