Russians confiscate Ukrainian passports from the TOT population

In the temporarily occupied territories, the enemy seizes passports from Ukrainians under various pretexts.

In particular, the occupiers go to the homes of the population and demand to receive documentation of property rights and so on in accordance with the norms of Russian legislation, and this is possible only in the presence of Russian citizenship.

At the same time, the enemy withdraws Ukrainian documents. When applying for Russian citizenship, a Ukrainian passport is also required, although dual citizenship is not prohibited in the Russian Federation. Passports are also taken from those who were sent to the torture chamber and are not returned after release.

Note that the destruction of self-identification is one of the genocide signs. It is also worth emphasizing that the Russians use the passports selected later for their DRGs and in other special operations against Ukraine.
