In the temporarily occupied areas of the Kherson region, the enemy is trying to recruit holders of Russian passports into his army.
The occupiers are actively working with collaborators, namely local occupation administration workers, police and emergency services workers who have defected to the Russian side. The Russians do not doubt their loyalty and therefore actively offer them to conclude contracts.
Please note that Russian passports are mandatory. In private conversations, the Russians announce the future mobilization on the TOT and therefore offer to conclude a contract voluntarily in order to be able to “serve” in safe areas.
The National Resistance Center urges TOT residents not to take a Russian passport and to leave the region if possible.
