The Russians created a commission to verify mass cases of looting by kadyrovites in the TOT and on the border with Ukraine.
The commission was headed by Lieutenant-General Vladimir Kochetkov. It analyzes cases related to looting by the «Akhmat» units, which terrorize the population in the temporarily occupied territories and in the Belgorod region.
At the same time, it should be noted that the inspection began only after complaints from the population of the Russian Federation, and the complaints of the population about the TOT were not taken into account, which indicates the attitude of Russians to Ukrainians.
