Doctors from the Russian Federation arrived in the temporarily captured Henichesk (Kherson Region). They are prescribing referrals to locals for treatment in Rostov.
The doctors were sent from the Rostov State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. All of them are currently examining patients and issuing referrals for additional examination or treatment in Rostov.
The entire transfer is free for the patient, but on the condition of having a passport of the Russian Federation. Although we note that the decision regarding further hospitalization in the Russian Federation is voluntary.
However, we have a new tactic regarding the passporting and deportation of our citizens to the Russian Federation, in particular with the help of such psychological pressure on the patient.
