Russians take advantage of the vulnerable position of people with disabilities and single pensioners in order to increase passporting rates at TOT.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the occupiers forcibly issue Russian “passports” for people who receive social assistance in “social service centers.” For this, in particular, social workers who work at home are involved. In case of refusal of the Russian “passport”, the occupiers threaten to deprive these people of social benefits.
We would like to remind you that the residents of TOT Zaporizhzhia are required to have a Russian passport in order to receive medicines.
