The occupiers are developing a system of mass technical inspections of all cars in the temporarily occupied regions.
The invaders want to make an inventory of all vehicles in the region and their owners. To pass the inspection, the owner will have to show a Russian passport.
According to the Russians’ plan, all owners of all cars must undergo technical inspection by 2024. The inspection will take place in a “simplified mode”, as its purpose is to census and certify vehicle owners.
As a reminder, in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, diabetics cannot receive insulin unless they have a Russian ‘passport’.
