The occupiers plan to train future FSB officers and police officers in the premises of the seized universities of Bohdan Khmelnytsky State Pedagogical University and Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University.
In these premises, the occupiers created a pseudo-university called MSU (rus. MGU), which, despite its posh name and free “education”, failed to recruit a sufficient number of students. As a result, the Russians traditionally turned the university into a restricted facility.
Starting from the next academic year, the occupiers will train employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and have also introduced a speciality “special faculty of information protection”, which is a forge of personnel for the FSB.
At the same time, the occupiers announced that in the future, students could participate in “exchange programmes” and study in Russia. That is the occupier’s plan to recruit policemen and Gestapo officers through this fake university with further training in Russia.
