In Rostov-on-Don, the “training” of propagandists to work in the temporarily occupied territories continues.
For the “training”, the Russians selected a number of collaborators from the residents of the TOT, because now in the region local media work mainly imported Russians. Therefore, the enemy has a shortage of local personnel and plans to eliminate this problem by creating “journalists” who will perform a purely decorative role.
At the same time, Russians need “local media” not only to spread propaganda in the TOT, but also to imitate support for the occupation by the local population, because the materials of the “propagandists” are presented as the opinion of locals.
