The socio-economic situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast is increasingly deteriorating.
Most industrial facilities are either not operating or have switched to 4-day working weeks. At the same time, wage arrears are increasing. This is due to several factors:
mobilization of the majority of workers;
the preference given by the occupiers to competitors from Russia;
lack of markets.
As a result of the fall in living standards, the Russians are making the residents of the region even more dependent on the occupiers, who give out 10 thousand rubles in payments in exchange for a passport.
