The political leadership of the Russian Federation decided to take most of the Wagner PMC mercenaries to Africa by mid-September.
According to the plan, the terrorists will leave Belarus and go to Niger, Libya, Sudan, Mali, the Central African Republic and Mozambique. In all these countries, the Kremlin has its own colonial and geopolitical interests, and supports either the junta or the rebels.
A minority of terrorists will remain to instruct special units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus to counter a possible rebellion against Lukashenka or sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for the war against Ukraine.
Earlier, the National Resistance Center reported that the conflict between terrorist instructors from the Wagner PMC and representatives of the local Ministry of Internal Affairs is intensifying in Belarus.
