In the last days of the “voting” in the temporarily occupied territories, the Russians actively used methods of coercion against the local population.
Thus, in the Kherson region, there were cases of restricting the departure of residents of villages who did not vote. In fact, Russian soldiers checked the locals on the lists to see if they had attended the “elections”.
Recall that in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, the occupiers used the “elections” to collect data on potential conscripts in the region.
It should be noted that the mobilization of the inhabitants of the occupied lands is a violation of international humanitarian law and the perpetrators of this crime will be held accountable.
