In the temporarily occupied territories, the enemy is putting its army personnel into the apartments of Ukrainians.
Thus, utility workers in the TOT go around the houses and look for apartments whose owners have left. Such apartments are sealed, and then militants of the Russian occupation forces are moved in.
There have been cases when locals have returned home and found Russian soldiers in their homes. Even after that, the residents were not returned to their apartments but were forcibly evicted.
The National Resistance Centre notes that all those who help seize the apartments of Ukrainians will be held accountable after the de-occupation of the region and calls for not cooperating with the enemy.
