The occupiers demand from the Gauleiter to provide data on service experience among conscripts and a list of available reservists. Lists must be submitted by the end of October.
According to the plan, service in the army of administration workers should contribute to the strengthening of the narrative about the “patriotic war”. At the same time, it is worth noting that the death of Ukrainians is equally beneficial to Moscow – regardless of the side for which they are fighting.
