The Russians are pursuing a policy of changing the demographic composition of the temporarily occupied territories and the gradual assimilation of Ukrainians into Russia.
So, the Russians are introducing simplified admission of Ukrainians to universities on the territory of the Russian Federation. In this way, I hope to lure Ukrainian youth to Russia and further assimilate them.
At the same time, studying at fake universities at TOT, which the Russians created in the occupied premises of Ukrainian educational institutions, is free, and admission does not require exams. However, these universities are unpopular because their diploma is not recognized even in the Russian Federation.
