In the TOT of the Donetsk region, there is a decline in the moral and psychological state of the occupation forces.
Thus, over the past month, the level of executive discipline among the representatives of the RAF has significantly decreased due to the large losses of enemy personnel, especially in the Bakhmut and Avdiivka areas.
Therefore, representatives of the occupation “commandant’s office” of the Russian Armed Forces detained more than one thousand representatives of the DAC who committed criminal and administrative offenses. In particular, such as: unauthorized leaving the place of service, drinking alcohol, and using drugs.
Such uncoordinated actions on the part of representatives of the RAF pose a great threat to the civilian population of the occupied regions. In particular, it concerns the drunken driving of military vehicles.
